Dale Peer - Home Design, Inc. has been successfully operating out of Springfield, Missouri since 1991 and has been practicing residential design for over 30 years. Several of our designs have been the recipient of 417 Magazine's "Home of the Year".

We have designed homes ranging from around 1,000 to 12,000 square feet; from Spec homes to Custom homes which include Modern Farmhouse, Contemporary, Craftsman, French Country / Cottage, Mediterranean, Lake Houses, etc. Our firm has had years of hands on experience with custom clients as well as builders in Southwest Missouri and Kansas City.

Casey Ennis has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, and has had over 10 years of experience in construction. Casey has been with Dale Peer-Home Design, Inc. for over 16 years and now carries the title of president/owner.

Evan Neal has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Evan is the newest member of the team and is a licensed architect in Missouri.

Jan Saunders has a Bachelor of Business degree from Arizona State University and is our office manager. She has been with Dale Peer - Home Design, Inc. for over 17 years. Jan keeps us organized and running smoothly.
